-Northaunt will play in Belgium, Netherland and France in September.
DETAILS
-and you know what? the TAPE
version of Barren land is out! (I have a few for sale- see LEFTOVERS
below)
-Northaunt has remixed a track for the Xabec
album 'Transformed', it was released May 2.
-a new Northaunt track is submitted to a 3cd compilation
planned by Brokendolls.org in
France.
It will be released in September/October if all goes as planned
-I'm slowly working on new tracks made since Horizons, some
from 2006, some from 2007 and some new.
This last year or so my inspiration has been trips into
the woods, away from everything, sleeping
beneath the stars.
With a special focus on remoteness, melancholy and introspective moods Northaunt have since 1996
created ambient soundscapes based on drones, field recordings (mainly from nature here in Norway) and
sometimes minimalistic melodic elements(piano/guitar). 3 cd's has been released so far.
Nothaunt plays live from time to time, last year I toured Sweden,Lithuania,Poland and Germany,
and this year in January, Russia and Latvia. Sometimes it's nice to meet likeminded...
